Waqi Munim is passionate about creating value for his clients and embedding it in the core of the companies' integrated choices for a competitive advantage. An Ex-Procter & Gamble leader with a proven track record of growing local, regional, and global businesses and organizations (+20 years of delivering the P&L) with a breadth of experience (30+ years) spanning across Asia, North America, Western, Central, and Eastern Europe and Middle- East and Africa, Waqi has served in country, regional, and global CFO roles. After working for 27 years, mostly in P&G and a short stint in ProsiebenSat1, he established Courageous Minds in 2017, an advisory for value creation for SMEs in the Middle East.

In the last 5-years, he has served as an 'Advisory' for the Chairman, CEO, and Board of mid and large-size GCC companies; in establishing strong governance, leading mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, special projects on streamlining and institutionalizing processes and systems and in identifying value creation opportunities through objective assessments, thinking possibilities, and executing creative solutions.

Waqi has written three books: Story of Courage, The Rhythms of Life, and Inner Conversations, and is an accomplished business storyteller. He believes in the power of storytelling and its role in creating a competitive advantage for businesses.
